Pricing

Quoted in ZAR.
Price is Nett and Excludes Vat (no further discount applicable).
Ex Works CPT unless otherwise stated.

Delivery

Delivery is quoted Excluded.
Delivery can be quoted on request (we make use of external transport services).

Lead Time

Manufacturing lead time is anything from 6-8 weeks on bigger equipment such as beds and patient trolleys from date of or receipt of an official order.
Manufacturing lead time on smaller equipment will be approximately 4 weeks, depending on workload in the factory from date of or receipt of an official order.( Please enquire within should you need urgent supply).

Validity

Quotations are valid for 30 days from date of quote, unless otherwise arranged in writing.

Warrantee

12 Months from date of receipt of goods against faulty materials and workmanship.
No guarantee on PVC / Plastic / Perspex moulding or upholstery of any kind due to the nature of the product.

Payment Terms

In advance / Upon placement of order.
Account holders – Strictly 30 days.

Medcor Medical Equipment (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any damages due to improper or unauthorized usage. It is your responsibility to keep the products and packaging away from the reach of unauthorized people.

Before placing your orders you must satisfy yourself about quality and presentation of our products. Any incorrect orders placed will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Ownership (Apply to account holders only)

Equipment will remain the property of Medcor Medical Equipment (Pty) Ltd until settled in full.

Pricing Excludes

Installation, commissioning and training.

Damaged Equipment

Report faulty equipment within 5 days of Invoice.

Custom made Equipment

A full specification with drawings and sizes is required.
Upfront payment will be required.
No refunds will be done on custom made equipment.
